Daniel Knopf comes to us from the Grand Old State of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Daniel has managed C-Stores, trained and managed food programs for Sheraton Hotels. Today, he is using his skills and talents as FSS's Project Manager.

Meet Brittany Dishner, our company's food store euipment trainer.
Brittany received her Chef degree from Scottsdale's Cordon Bleu Culinary School as a Pastry Chef. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Fine Arts Degree.
Today, she works with Safeway, Albertsons, Fry's Food Stores and Winco Foods as FSS's factory equipment trainer.
Ask her anything about food, recipes and cooking ideas and she will have the perfect solution for you.
ABOUT QSR Programs meet chef Laurelle
Meet Chef Laurelle our company's Food Service Concepts Specialist for QSR Food Programs.
Laurelle received her Chef degree from San Francisco's Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has managed High End Restaurants and Luxury Hotel Food Service Programs. As a Corporate Food and Beverage Director for a large Independent Hotel Chain, she has designed back kitchen equipment layouts and front of the house restaurant layout and food programs for successful and profitable programs.
